Conversion Description and Exclusions A valid conversion occurs when a user signs up for a free trial with valid credit card info. The user must remain active for first 7 days of trial. An invalid conversion is defined as the submission, by a consumer, of false personal information and/or an invalid or stolen credit card number; leads that are generated by means of device, program, or robot; multiple subscriptions coming from the same IP address/block within a short period of time; or manually created by an affiliate that artificially inflates commissions payable to the affiliate. Any user that cancels within the first 7 days of their free trial will be deemed invalid. User Flow A new user visits Redbox Instant, clicks on the Start Free Trial button, selects the free trial subscription option, creates a new account, and enters payment information.
