Here's the latest recap on the Tour de France from ProBikeKit.com.

Today- Stage 7 – 234.5km (145.71 Miles) - Épernay / Nancy
Calm after the storm?
Yesterday’s stage in the north east of France was supposed to be a quiet one. It was a relatively flat stage and one for everybody to compose themselves after the hellish cobbles. Sadly for the riders however, there were numerous crashes and team Sky has lost another rider in Xabier Zandio.
On the bright side, Andre Greipel won his first sprint of the Tour so far… But after another gruelling day for the riders, will today be any easier?
It will be the longest stage in the tour so far with two sharp climbs at the end and a descent to the finish. It’s a day for somebody with a little nerve and optimism, a breakaway or a Sprinter who can handle the hills. Peter Sagan?...
Will this be the day for Sagan to make it his First stage win and join Andre Greipel?
