Some exciting news to share with you…the new Viator look is here!

The name and URL stay the same but the logo has a fresh new look. Viator is still part of the trusted Tripadvisor brand.

If you have taken the Viator logos and banners directly from the AWIN interface, then the assets you are displaying on your site might automatically update (make sure you check).. However if you retrieve them another way, then you will need to manually update them to reference the new branding.

For ease you will find everything you need in AWIN. If you do require additional sizes and / or format, please reach out to the team on affiliationteam@viator.com.

To find the new assets log into AWIN navigate to the 'Toolbox' > 'My Creative'.  Then on this page, Select 'Image Banner' in the 'Type' box, search for Viator in 'Advertiser(s)' box and then hit 'Filter'.  You will then be shown all logos and image banners available for you.

The new description to use is:

Viator has been working hard with their supplies to help travellers feel safe when searching and booking experiences.  As such, visitors to the site will now be able to display only the tours that are ‘taking safety measures’ and / or ‘good for avoiding crowds’ with detailed measures on the tour page.

In addition, they are working on adding a filter to their product and deals feeds, which will enable you to easily see all tours with safety measures.  This new filter will be made available on their feeds next month.  However if you want to start receiving notifications of updated tours with safety measures displayed, simply fill out the request form and they will be sure to add you to the weekly email group.
